I absolutely adore my neighborhood!  There are so many wonderful local shops to explore and sample.  Old Town Oil is definitely one of them.  This quaint shop is known for its specialty olive oils and balsamic vinegar selections.  If you’re in the neighborhood or by one of their other locations, pop-in and take a peek.  They are very knowledgeable and are great at pairing flavors together that you would never think of and sampling is always encouraged.

I’m obsessed with lemon – well citrus in general and LOVE the Meyer lemon olive oil.  But , I’m excited to try different flavor combinations and add some pizzazz to my new food creations.
